Michael Probert is the desk-setup researcher behind DeskProven. He reads the spec sheets, ergonomic standards documentation and warranty fine print so you don't have to, building every recommendation from close research, manufacturer documentation and cross-checked owner reports rather than press releases. DeskProven is research-led: Michael leads the methodology behind our desk and chair guides and is upfront that this is not a hands-on testing lab. He also writes under the same name at sister sites Café Grade, Honest Hound and PerchPicked.
